Jessie and Bruce’s reception began with the sound of Undercover Live performing from the bandstand. As the sound of music filled the air, guests were invited to the romantic outdoor space to await the couples grand entrance. The linens were crisp and the crystal glasses reflected bits of the evening sunset. Jessie and Bruce were glowing with excitement as they made their way down the path to toward the smiling faces in the crowd. After a welcome speech from the brides Mother the first course arrived and the band continued playing while the tables enjoyed colorful salads. It wasn’t long before guests we’re laughing and crying as the Best Man and Maid of Honor toasted the young couple. And the emotions continued as Bruce walked over to his record player and put the needle on to play their first dance as husband and wife. It was a very tender and classic moment! As the moon took the sky from the sun, guests filled the dance floor. They danced all evening below the filament lights strung among the trees!

This was a simple couple, no cake cutting, no bouquet toss, just familiar friends, family and memories to share for the many years to come. The environment that Robin Sonner created for this wedding made everyone feel as if they were celebrating in a deep plush forest…well with delicious cheeses, pastry’s and aged scotch!
