Undercover Live Entertainment was founded by George Loreto (President/Lead Guitarist) and Carla Bosnake (Lead Vocalist/Emcee).

Yes, we are happy to provide insurance information for vendors that require proof.

We are equipped to perform for any event that requires entertainment whether local or at a destination location.

We are happy to provide you with our own preferred vendors from planners to caterers to wedding venues and photographers, etc. Additionally, we can assist in planning your timeline regarding the flow of your event with your entertainment. We will make it as easy as possible for you during this exciting yet stressful time.

FAQ: Pricing of Undercover Live Entertainment Bands

Our pricing ranges and depends on your event needs. We offer bands from an intimate 5-piece band to a full 15-piece party machine band. We also offer wedding ceremony and cocktail musicians. Give us a call or contact us and we will customize your quote to your needs.

We offer the following additional services:

  • Ceremony sound with a wireless mic
  • Ceremony musicians or ensembles
  • Cocktail hour musicians or ensembles
  • iPod cocktail hour speaker system
  • Up-lighting
  • Gobo projection
  • Custom stage lighting

Yes we require 1/2 deposit with signed contract and the balance is due 1 week prior to your wedding date.

Your final payment is due one week prior to your event date.

FAQ: Preparation for the Band for the Day of Your Event

The band should be provided with a designated green room or area to allow the band to go on breaks that will be hidden from guests.

We will be loading in and out quite a bit of equipment for our sound, lighting, and musicians. A loading dock would be ideal, but if the venue does not have one, we may need to enter through a back or side entrance. If need be, we may need to enter through the front. If the stage area is set up on a different floor, we will want to make sure the band and crew have access to an elevator large enough to fit the equipment in.

Stage sizes depend on the size of the band that you choose for your event. So, here are the band sizes and correlated stage sizes.

  • 5-7 piece band, we ask for 12X16.
  • 8-10 piece band, we ask for 16X20.
  • 11-15 piece band, we ask for 20X24 with an 8X8 drum riser

We would need four independent 20-amp services dropped at the back for the stage.

Normally our Soundman will arrive about 3 hours prior to the start of the first set. The band members usually arrive about 2 hours prior to the first set.

Yes, we ask that each band member and crew gets fed to ensure they have adequate energy for their performance for the event.

FAQ: Song Selection and Entertainment

Depends on which band you choose! Check out “Out Talent” page and take a look at their song lists and genres.

Don’t fret! Undercover Live Entertainment bands will learn up to 3 songs for your event. Whether you want specific songs for your special dances, hear a favorite song during a set, or want to have a private last dance, we got you! We will learn these songs for your event at no extra charge.

Yes. We understand the importance of making sure you and your guests are comfortable and have a great time. We will clean up any lyrics to keep it family friendly and edit out any cuss words.

Yes. We will provide a prerecorded/MP3 music playlist while the band is on break. Also, you are welcome to hire a DJ to accompany the band to take requests.

We love to interact with the guests. Matter of fact, don’t be surprised when you find the singers out on the dance floor with your guests!

Yes, we will provide an emcee to cover all your formalities for you. If you prefer to provide your own emcee, we are happy to provide a microphone for them.

Typically, it is best practice that you book your band 6 months to a year before your event. This will ensure you get the band you want due to availability. However, if this is not possible for you, please call or contact us at (949) 612-7836. We will do everything we can to get your entertainment booked!

We will travel as far as you need us to. We will discuss with you any travel needs during the booking process to make it as easy as possible.

We have multiple bands with the same caliber of talent and with similar song lists. We will discuss those options if the band you want is already booked. If all bands and musicians are booked, we are happy to provide recommendations for talent.
