Undercover live loves to play beautiful Los Angeles Weddings at the Portofino Hotel in Redondo Beach, right alongside the calm and boat filled bay. We were excited to play at this was a particularly special wedding as the bride and groom flew hundreds of miles away from Singapore to bright and sunny California. It was great to play not only for the young foreign couple but also for the family that flew in from New Zealand, Australia and England hours and days before the celebration.

As the family gathered around to celebrate the young couples love they had another agenda….. to party and dance the whole night away! The jam packed dance floor came to a beautiful pause as the band played the couples first dance to “I only have eyes for you ” by The Flamingos
The Portofino Inn, as it was originally named, opened in 1962 by racecar enthusiast Mary Davis. This California beach hotel helped spur early interest in Redondo Beach’s King Harbor when it opened three years later. Named for the Italian seacoast town of Portofino and admired for its Mediterranean flavor, the couple chose the perfect Mediterranean infused hotel for their il loro matrimonio- their wedding day. 
The Groom is from New Zealand and the Bride is from Australia and together on the beautiful California coast is where they joined in matrimony by the world famous Alan Katz from Great Officiants. The young couples love just poured out for everyone to see as the night continued on, and their whole family had the best time singing and dancing along with the band.
