Have you ever been to the zoo in San Diego and tried to find parking? Prado at Balboa park weddings require some pre-planning for guest parking but its all worth it! Nikki & Dan really put together an amazing destination wedding for many of the guest who came from Nikki’s home state of New Jersey and others from around the world. Nikki and Dan said their vows before close friends and family on January 2, 2015 at St. Francis Chapel in the Museum of Man in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA and held their reception at The Prado, all within Balboa Park. They held a photo scavenger hunt between the ceremony and reception for people to run around the park and take fun photos. We took some candid pictures with our cell phones so you can get a sense of this beautiful venue located in San Diego’s the Prado at Balboa park. We were very excited when we received an email from their videographer James Lee of James lee films that he had a video preview of the wedding he wanted to share. (see below)
You did an amazing job bringing a lot of energy to our wedding. Our guests LOVED the band; they had so much fun and enjoyed the fact that you were interactive with them. Also, thank you for taking part of our Dad’s surprise- it meant the world to us. We have nothing but positive words to say about your band. We are forever grateful that you took part in our special day- thank you so much for the memories! -Nikki & Dan | 1/2/15 | The Prado at Balboa Park
