Undercover Live Entertainment is always ecstatic to celebrate young love. Especially, while playing at such a beautiful venue called L’Auberge in Del Mar. Between the beautiful decor, the grass dancefloor and the band playing, the night was surely a success.
Below is a review from our client who booked us as their San Diego party band.
Our guests kept telling us how much they loved the band. The band worked with us and our song choices. We were specific on the songs we wanted included from their song list. Thank you for giving us great music to dance to on our special day. However, I would have liked the band to play a half hour longer since the event was running late. -Elysa & Joe
We understand that sometimes events run behind. However, we know that you expect us to start on time and therefore we end on time. On this particular day, Undercover was set up and ready to play at the agreed start time. We had to hold off on the grand entrance until the bride and groom were ready to enter the reception area. Which, unfortunately, took longer than expected. Our agreed playing time was 4 hours. So, when the time was up, we congratulated the bride and groom, played our last song packed up and went home. Come to find out later, our client wished we would have played longer! Had we known what they wanted or needed, we would have accommodated their request. Below is a comment we got from our client after she emailed us her review.
“There was no way anyone could read my mind. Under normal circumstances, I would have said something – asked people to dance during dinner & talked with you about staying a few more minutes. Plus, I was still a little sad because the camera that was supposed to be set up for our first dance was not. We are finally caught up on sleep and close to healthy. Everyone loved the band and you guys did a great job. I wanted to be sure you knew that.”
