Wedding Reception Decorations | Enchanted Forest at Jim Henson Studio’s
Set in an enchanted forest, on the Jim Henson Studio Lot, Hannah and Richard said “I do!” The evening began with a traditional Jewish ceremony accompanied by a string quartet, with the bride dressed in a nontraditional, yet passionate red! The wedding reception decorations were magnificent! Trees dripping with fall colored leaves and twinkling lamp posts lined the grassy path that weaved it’s way from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception for dinner and dancing. Cocktails immediately followed the ceremony and the guests are ushered through the iron gates into the plush courtyard for appetizers and conversation. Undercover provided the reception entertainment and encouraged the audience to get excited for the grand entrance of the bride and groom! Entering the room for the first time as husband and wife, the couple followed the path of fallen leaves to the dance floor for their first dance. 1, 2, 3, 4 by the Plain White T’s was a sweet choice for Hannah and Richard and just the beginning of many more dances to come! The guests then were served with their first course and the father of the bride greeted everyone with a tearful welcome toast to the newlyweds.

During dinner the guests danced to classics played by Undercover Live Entertainment and the excitement continued with the parent’s dances. The Mother/Son dance was “Wagon Wheel”, an upbeat country favorite and the emcee invited everyone to join! Everyone dances so much they were reluctant to stop even for the cake cutting! But there was a twist….the couple decided to cut a pie instead! Each guest was served their own personal pie choosing from pumpkin or apple. The night was a cloud of fun, music and celebrating this young couple!

The wedding reception decorations set the mood at this Jim Henson studio wedding! It was magical and everyone felt as if they were deep in a forest cupped away from the rest of the world. Hannah and Richard knew what they wanted and they took a chance and it payed off. This was a wedding to remember! Congrats to the newlyweds and good luck in all your future adventures!
