1. Serve water, water-infused or mocktails before the ceremony
Hydration is very important so keep your guests hydrated throughout the whole ceremony especially if you’re going to hold your wedding in an outdoor venue where guests are exposed to the direct heat of the sun. What better way to keep your guests cool and hydrated than serving them a bottle of water, a glass of lemonade or a glass of lemonade? Trust us, the lemonade bar comes in handy during summer!
2. Provide fans
Guests would surely love the fact that you keep their comfort in mind and they would greatly appreciate it if you provide them fans! Mind you, you can even customize and personalize these fans and can act as your wedding souvenirs. How does that sound?
3. Provide a pair of sunnies
For outdoor sunset ceremony, sun glasses come in handy! No one would want to have their eyes squinting the whole ceremony while the sun is at its peak so make sure to provide enough eye care.
4. Wedding Umbrellas and Parasols, any one?
Set up an umbrella station where guests can grab one come rain or shine!
5. Keep the Bugs at Bay
Provide a “Relief Station” that is fully stocked with mosquito repellent, bug spray, and hand sanitizer to name a few.
6. Avoid butt burning situations
If you’re planning for an outdoor ceremony where the sun is blaring, it’s best to stay away from using metal chairs. In fact, it’s best to use wooden chairs that is finely cushioned with some bright colorful fabric if you’re opting for a bright and colorful summer wedding or with some muted fabric for a cool pastel wedding palette.
7. Provide sun protection as well
Don’t ever forget to provide sunscreen for your guests comfort!
8. Sweet treat for your sweets
Well, on a hot humid summer day who wouldn’t love to have a serving of ice cream?
